Common questions

I run my sessions on Zoom — does it track who actually attended?

Yes. We sync your Zoom meetings automatically, so attendance (who joined and for how long) flows straight into your participant records and drives the certificates — no manual checking.

Can participants pay by bank transfer, not just card?

Both. Many seminar participants prefer bank transfer (Überweisung); others want to pay by card instantly. We support both, with automatic invoices and confirmations either way.

Do you support German-language coaching and seminars?

Yes — fully. The platform, the participant emails, the certificates and the AI assistant all work in German (and English and Bahasa Indonesia). We build for German-speaking coaches and facilitators specifically.

Who owns the participant data?

You do. Everything runs self-hosted on infrastructure we own and operate for you — no third-party black box, no lock-in. Your participant list and history stay yours.
